This plan is designed to cater to the healthcare needs of individuals, families, and employers residing in 11 counties of North Dakota.<\/p>\n<p>The DakotaBlue | Trinity plan will encompass four distinct tiers of healthcare coverage, as disclosed in an official press release dated October 9th. The first tier provides access to care within Trinity Health facilities and a preferred network of providers, ensuring the lowest out-of-pocket expenses for members. As members move into tiers two, three, and four, which include providers outside of the Trinity Health system, their out-of-pocket costs will incrementally rise, based on their chosen tier.
