David Dornstreich, previously the senior vice president of business development at ConcertAI and the vice president of strategic initiatives and data partnerships at Allscripts, has been appointed as the general manager and chief commercial officer of QuantHealth’s U.S. operations, signaling the company’s entry into the U.S. market. Dornstreich’s extensive experience in the healthcare industry will contribute to QuantHealth’s global expansion efforts and the management of its U.S. operations.

Homeward, a rural hybrid care provider, has also made a strategic addition to its board of directors. Brent Layton, formerly associated with Centene, a Medicaid-managed care organization, has joined the board. Having served in various leadership roles at Centene, including president and chief operating officer, Layton brings his expertise in managed care to assist Homeward in its expansion efforts. Homeward provides healthcare services to rural communities through its mobile units, in-home visits, and virtual platforms. Layton’s experience will support Homeward’s expansion into Medicaid, ACA, and commercial networks.
In another appointment, Bend Health, a virtual pediatric behavioral care provider, promoted Dr. Amit Parikh to the position of chief medical officer.
