The Research Associate I position supports active drug discovery programs at Jubilant Biosys. Your primary focus will be assay development. Key Responsibilities
Assay Development and Validation
- Develop and optimize cell-based and enzyme-based assays under Group Leader guidance.
- Validate assay systems for multiple therapeutic targets across CNS, metabolic, autoimmune, inflammatory, pain, and oncology indications.
- Screen compounds using functional cell-based assays to determine the activity of NCEs.
Data Analysis and Documentation
- Analyze experimental data using GraphPad Prism for IC50 calculations and graphical outputs.
- Design experiments, perform calculations, and present findings to project teams.
- Write protocols and SOPs. Maintain accurate lab notebooks and upload data on time.
Team and Safety Compliance
- Work actively within a team environment to deliver research outcomes efficiently.
- Follow all laboratory safety guidelines. Support the lab head in designing updated safety protocols.
