With over 22 years of experience in the Retail and CPG Industries, Mani brings strong passion for and deep understanding of these industries. In his most recent assignment, Mani was with Wipro Technologies as a Vice President, Business Advisory Services, leading a strong team of industry experts in client facing, business oriented assignments in the Retail, CPG and transportation industries.

He was with Wipro for over 11 years and has initiated and led several large business transformation projects around Inventory management, Store Operations, Omni Channel integration, Customer experience and labor optimization areas for retail clients. Increasingly all of these areas tend to be focused around numbers and data, and he has had personal experience in identifying client problems, proposing and then building solutions to address these problems.

Mani’s passion for retail grew out of his work with Coles Myer, who at that time was the largest retailer in Australia. He spent over 9 years with them, before moving on to Management consulting assignments across the globe, including a two year stint in setting up retail practices around SAP IS Retail for global clients.

Mr. Rajat has over 18 years of experience in management consulting, information technology, strategic planning, program and project management, global sourcing, change management, training and financial analysis. Mr. Relan spent over seven years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota working in Operations, Finance and Information Technology. He also led the strategy and implementation of Online Care Anywhere, the first telemedicine product to be launched by a payer in the contiguous United States.

Mr. Relan also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a MBA from the University of Minnesota.
