According to a news release, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona will have an informative session on Jan. 25 in order to fill 100 full-time positions. Between its three offices across the state, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona employs 2,500 people.
- Numerous positions: The positions range from clinical to administrative roles, including information technology, medical coding, and project management. BCBSAZ provides health insurance products, services, and networks to more than 1.9 million individuals, families, and businesses throughout the state.
- Sessions: Both the information session and employee onboarding will be conducted virtually, according to the news release. The payer transitioned 97 percent of its employees to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic and may extend virtual work into the future.
- Virtual information: The local health insurance company will host a virtual information session on Tuesday, Jan. 25 at 10 a.m. to discuss open positions, compensation, benefits, culture, application/interview tips, and job previews.
