GuideWell has appointed Jeff Goddard, former CFO of CVS Health’s Caremark, as their new CFO. With a background spanning back to 2005 at Aetna, Goddard’s experience is notable. GuideWell, the parent company of Florida Blue and Triple-S Management, operates beyond insurance, running clinical delivery groups and value-based care organizations. Serving an extensive 38 million members, including 6 million in Florida, GuideWell showcases a commitment to healthcare innovation and expansion.
Mr. Goddard brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as the CFO of Caremark, the pharmaceutical benefit manager under CVS Health. He joined Aetna back in 2005, eventually assuming the CFO position at Caremark in 2019.
