Humana is opening a primary care clinic in Gresham, Oregon, to serve Medicare Advantage members with value-based care. Enliven, a Humana Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO provider was founded in collaboration with Vancouver (Washington) Clinic and is offered in-network to Humana’s Oregon Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO members.

Enliven is part of a growing value-based care relationship between Vancouver Clinic and Humana.
