Oscar Health has appointed R. Scott Blackley, the Chief Transformation Officer, as its new CFO starting August 14th, succeeding interim CFO Sid Sankaran, who steps down on August 13th. Blackley previously held the CFO position from September 2021 to December 2022. Sankaran remains on the board and is set to become the CFO of FWD Group on September 1st. This change aligns with Oscar’s recent executive adjustments, including Mark Bertolini becoming CEO and Mario Schlosser taking the role of President of Technology.
Scott Blackley, Oscar Health’s Chief Transformation Officer, will resume his role as CFO on August 14th. The current interim CFO, Sid Sankaran, will step down on August 13th, according to a press release dated August 8th. Mr. Blackley was previously the CFO from September 2021 to December 2022.
